Welcome to Burnside Veterinary Hospital
At Burnside Veterinary Hospital we continue to update our safety protocols daily. Here is our current update based on current recommendations:
Effective Immediately – March 21st till April 5th.
We have reduced our hours of operation. Please note that our new hours are Monday to Friday 8am till 7pm and Saturdays 9am till 1pm. After hour emergencies will still be covered by Metro Animal Emergency Clinic.
We have a limited number of appointments available as all appointment slots are now 1 hour to allow time between clients for sanitation of office space and also limit number of people in clinic at any given time. We are only booking essential appointments. Please call to book appointments and inquire as to urgency of appointment. Annual exams and routine surgery (spay/neuter/dental prophylaxis) will be postponed for the coming weeks. Puppy vaccines are time sensitive and will continue to be seen. We are still here for you so any illness or injury please call 902-407-9663
We ask that clients please call ahead for food and prescription refills. When you come to the clinic to pick the products up we are happy to bring them to your vehicle and payment can be arranged over the phone. Any questions please call.
Please be patient as we navigator our way through this difficult situation – its new to all of us.
